• The TB-1711's tooth tip and nylon brush can clean hard-to-reach places.
• The TB-3208 makes it easy to clean chains, with its rotating brush removing excess solvent from the chain and reducing mess.
• Can be used with most degreasers, such as citrus degreaser.

Instructions for use:
1. Cover the work area with newspapers or rags to absorb cleaning fluid and any dirt that may drip during chain cleaning.

2. Mount the bicycle on the work stand to ensure that the sprocket set can rotate freely. Shift the chain to the small free chainring and adjust the bike so the lower part of the chain is parallel to the ground.

3. Use the chainring brush and cleaning brush to remove excess mud, dirt and grime from the chain and free chainring.

4. Assemble the handle to the chain cleaner body.

5. Flip the locking clip over, remove the cover upwards, and place the chain cleaner on the lower part of the chain, halfway between the chainring and crankset.

6. Install the cover and flip the locking clip into place. You should hear a crisp "click" to indicate that the locking clip is secure.

7. Add degreaser to the sides of the lower housing up to the "FILL" line. Do not overfill to avoid overfilling.

8. Hold the chain cleaner handle firmly with one hand and slowly turn the crank/pedal counterclockwise a few full revolutions until the entire chain has passed through 2 to 3 cycles. If necessary, refill with new cleaning solution and repeat the process.

9. Remove the chain cleaner and use a rag to thoroughly wipe all cleaning fluid off the chain. Re-oil the chain.

10. Rinse the chain cleaner with water and dry in a cool place before storing.

Instructions:

2. Mount the bike on a work stand to ensure the chainset can spin freely.
Shift the chain onto the small freewheel and adjust the bike so that the lower portion of the chain is paralleled with the ground.

3. Brush off excess mud, dirt and grime from the chain and freewheel by cog brush and cleaning brush.

4. Assemble the handle onto the body of the chain cleaner.

5. Flip the locking clip to remove the lid upwards, position the Chain Cleaner on the lower portion of the chain, mid-way between the cog set and crank set.

6. Replace the lid and then flip the locking clip into place. You should hear an audible “CLICK” to indicate the locking clip is secured.

7. Add degreaser to the “FILL” line on the side of the lower case. Do not overfill to avoid spillage.

8. Hold firmly the chain cleaner handle with a hand, rotate the crank / pedal slowly counterclockwise several complete rotations until the entire chain has been through 2 or 3 cycles. Refill the reservoir with fresh cleaning fluid and repeat the process if necessary.

9. Remove the chain cleaner and dry the chain thoroughly with a rag to remove all cleaning fluid. Re-lubricate the chain.

10. Rinse the chain cleaner with water and dry in shade before storing.
