Our company's return and exchange policy

1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact our customer service to apply for a replacement within 14 days after receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return or exchange of goods

We will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant goods, and late orders will not be accepted.


2. Customer service may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that you meet the return and exchange conditions.


3. We only accept the following reasons for return:
- Item is damaged/defective
- Not what you ordered


4. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to :
- The product is no longer in brand new condition or has been used
- The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
- The product has been damaged, stained or incomplete
- Color difference between product and website photos
- any freebies
- Items that have been returned once
- Return goods due to change of mind

5. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds.

2. Customer Service may require you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that the conditions of the exchange are met.

3. We will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged/defective
- The item is not what you ordered

4. Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- The product is not in new condition, or has been used
- The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
- The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete.
- Color difference between the product and the photo on the website
- Any free gifts
- Items that have been returned or exchanged once
- Returns for change of mind
5.Refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee.

In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
