Our company defaults to SF express for products whose weight does not exceed 5 kg or whose longest side exceeds 60cm.

Fast shipping: It takes about (2/5/4) working days ( guests need to pay extra shipping fee )
Standard shipping: takes about (4/6/9) working days

Shipping large or heavy items (GOGOVAN/ company warehouse transportation )

The general delivery time <br> is approximately 3-5 working days , subject to customer service arrangements and/or confirmation.

When large-volume orders or postal service problems occur, there may be an additional delay of 3-5 working days or more.

Out of stock items:
If the order is out of stock, the out-of-stock product will be automatically deferred and will be shipped immediately after the product is replenished. Within 14 days after receipt of the product (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
If the order is changed or refunded, the same payment method as in the original transaction will be used.

If there is a holiday season or manufacturing delay, the order delivery time may be affected. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Anyone who purchases bicycles for HKD$8,000 or above can enjoy free delivery service.
If the order is less than HKD$8,000, a shipping fee of HKD$200 - HKD$250 will be charged for each order.

Delivery area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Shipping fee is HKD$200.

- Kowloon: Kwun Yin Shan (Shatin Pass Road towards Kwan Yin Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, all country parks

- New Territories: North District > Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Sha Tau Kok Highway to the east of the Kung Ling roundabout, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Sou and Luk Keng.

-Yuen Long District> Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan Road to Sham Wan Road/Tin Yuet Road, Sheung Shui Ma Tso Lung, Ping Che Road north to Kau Kee Shitok and Lok Ma Chau.

-Tuen Mun District> Lung Kwu Tan and ends at West Tsui Road, Lung Mun Road, Tuen Mun.

-Tai Po District> Ting Kok Road, Tai Po behind Chung Ching Pen House, Lien O and Plover Cove.

-Sai Kung District> Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O and Tai Miu.

-Shatin District> Upper/Lower Wo Che and Fa Sing Hang.

-Island District (except Tung Chung Ma Wan and Discovery Bay)

*Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, airport area, container terminal, logistics company/center, warehouse, hotel, receiving department, etc.,

*Government agencies (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes do not provide door-to-door delivery services. The recipient must be asked to hand over the goods at the door.

Remote areas :
Shipping fee for Discovery Bay , Tung Chung and Ma Wan is HKD$250

The address requires the customer to go to a designated location for settlement, for example, a tenement house address is settled on the ground floor and a village house address is settled at the entrance of the village.

1) Delivery time : Monday to Saturday ( excluding labor holidays and special areas ) .
Delivery services are suspended under severe weather conditions ( such as when gale or storm signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect ) .
Relevant orders will be contacted by dedicated personnel for delivery arrangements after the relevant warning is removed. Please forgive me. 

2) The delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by lifts. Customers will be notified to pick up the goods underground.
If there is any lift failure at the delivery building location and cannot operate normally, the store will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
If you or the recipient fail to receive the ordered goods within the agreed time, our store reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees to the customer.
In case of any dispute, our store reserves the right to make the final decision.

3) The color of the product may be slightly different due to differences in computer screen settings. The pictures are for reference only. The actual product will be subject to receipt. The product does not accept returns or exchanges.

**Corporate Warehouse Transportation/GOGOVAN Delivery will be charged separately**.
*If the goods cannot access the elevator or there is no elevator service directly to the floor of the receiving unit, the goods will be arranged to be delivered on the ground floor of the building*.

Please note that delivery arrangement will be made after the relevant warning is removed.

(2) Delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by elevator, customers will be informed to pick up the goods on the ground floor.
If there is any elevator failure at the delivery location, we will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
We reserve the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee if you or the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time.
In case of any dispute, our decision is final.
