1. Butterfly Trek Madone (HKD3.9 million) 
The Butterfly Trek Madone is undoubtedly the most expensive bicycle in the world. This carbon fiber bicycle is not only the ride of the world's only seven consecutive champions, it is also designed by artist Damien Hirst. 3. Aurumania Crystal Edition Golden Bicycle (HKD770,000) 
The French company Aurumania mainly produces shiny bicycle products: the crystal version of the gold bicycle sells for US$101,000 ( HKD 770,000 ) and has a gold-plated body frame, tires and wheel spokes, and 600 Swarovski crystals.
4. Trek Madone 7 diamond bike (HKD 570,000) 
In 2005, just as Lance Armstrong was winning his record-breaking seventh consecutive Tour de France title, Trek produced the Madone 5.9 bike, adorned with 100 white diamonds and seven hand-made diamonds on the front logo1 carat diamond. This one-of-a-kind bicycle was sold for US$75,000 ( HKD570,000 ) at a charity auction.
5. Montante luxury gold series bicycle (HKD360,000) 
For women who don't want to wear high-end fashion but still have tens of thousands of dollars to spend, Italian bicycle manufacturer Montante can satisfy their requirements. The luxury gold series bicycles are covered with 24K gold, with 11,000 Swarovski crystals on each component, as well as leather seats, handles and motors.
6. KGS customized bicycle (HKD250,000) 
Adjust the seat, pedals and handles and your bike will almost fit your needs. Almost, that's not enough for Kevin Sanders. Saunders' KGS company would fly customers to the company's headquarters in San Antonio, Texas, spend three hours measuring their body measurements and riding style, and then fly them to the company's headquarters in Beverly, Massachusetts. 7. Beru Factor001 (HKD230,000)
British auto parts manufacturer Beru produces a variety of spare parts for F1 races. It also applies its technology to carbon fiber bikes. 8. Aurumania Golden Bicycle (HKD190,000)
For those who prefer gold-plated rather than crystal-encrusted bikes, Aurumania also offers gold bikes at a slightly lower price than crystal bikes. The result: titanium body frame, carbon fiber wheels. There are 14 gears built into the rear hub. Only 50 units of this bicycle were produced, each priced at US$12,500 ( HKD90,000 ). Due to its rarity, the current value may be much higher than this.
10. Golden Brompton folding bicycle (HKD58,000)
The British insurance company Environmental Transport Association, which produced the bicycle, said it was worth US$7,500 ( HKD58,000 ), making it possibly the most expensive folding bicycle in the world. As a lottery prize, ETA spray-painted the bike in gold paint.
