SPD-SLR makes its debut on the new DURA-ACE PD-R9300, SHIMANO’s premium pedal built for road racing.

Designed for professional riders and performance-focused cyclists, the ultra-wide platform delivers exceptional stability, while the new ultra-low stack height design further boosts efficiency.

An integrated stainless steel body plate ensures easy step-in and enhances connection rigidity. The axle features a wide bearing placement for more even load distribution, resulting in an 11% increase in rigidity compared to the PD-R8200 and delivering more direct power transfer under high loads.

Inside, a heat-treated axle and optimized bearing surfaces reduce rotational resistance by 47% compared to the PD-R8200, allowing for smoother rotation while riding.

A tight connection between pedal and cleat; the PD-R9300 + CL-SL100/110/120 system reduces stack height by 2.3 mm compared to the PD-R9100 + SM-SH10/11/12 system, improving stability and power transfer.
