本公司 重量不超過5 kg 或 最長邊不超過60cm的產品，公司默認為 順豐速運SF express

發送貨物運往 (香港 /澳門) 地區

配送條件:

1、購買訂單滿HKD$688 或以上零件配件且重量不超過5kg，最長邊不超過60cm，免費配送

2、購買訂單不滿HKD$688且重量不超過5kg，最長邊不超過60cm零件配件產品，需收取運費HKD$37

3、重量超過5kg或最長邊超過60cm零件配件產品，需收取運費HKD$78

澳門地區配送：可能需額外支付 進口關稅（具體費用視當地海關政策而定，由收件人支付）

注意事項：

l   約為1-3個工作日後，具體以客戶服務的安排及/或確認為準

l   大批量訂單或物流服務出現延誤時，可能將會多延遲3-5個工作日或以上

l   若首次配送失敗（無人簽收 / 拒收），第二次配送將調整為順豐到付或門市自取

l   大型或重型物品付運 (GOGOVAN/公司貨倉運輸)

 缺貨事項：

如訂單出現缺貨情況，缺貨商品將自動延期交付，並於商品補充後立即發送
收到商品後14天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期)
如訂單更改或退款將會以原有交易中相同的付款方法退回
*以信用卡付款，顧客需帶同付款時使用之信用卡。

-遇上假日季節或商品延遲到貨時，配送時間可能相應延長，感謝您的理解和耐心等候。

如有任何爭議，本店保留最終的決定權。

Free Shipping: Orders ≥HKD$688 for parts/accessories (≤5 kg & ≤60 cm)

Standard Fee: Orders <HKD$688 for parts/accessories (≤5 kg & ≤60 cm): HKD$37

Oversized Fee: Parts/accessories exceeding 5 kg or 60 cm: HKD$78

Additional import duties/taxes may apply (specific fees subject to local customs policies, payable by the recipient).

Notes:

•Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days (subject to customer service confirmation).

•Bulk orders or logistics delays may extend processing by 3-5+ working days.

•Failed first delivery no recipient available for signing/recipient refused to accept): Second attempt will be SF Express cash-on-delivery (COD) or pickup at SF branch.

•Large/heavy items will be shipped via GOGOVAN or company freight service.

Out-of-Online Stock Items Policy

If any item in your order is out of stock, it will be automatically delayed and shipped immediately once restocked.

Returns & Refunds

-You may request order modifications or refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods (including weekends and public holidays).

-Refunds for returns not caused by product defects are subject to a 10% processing charge. This fee is waived if the return is due to unavailability of online stock.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
**For credit card payments: Customers must present the same card used for the original transaction.
