本公司之退換貨政策
1.如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨
當核實申請符合退換貨品條件
我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
2.客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
3.我們只接受以下退貨理由:
- 商品有損壞/有缺陷
- 不是你所訂購的商品
4.以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:
- 產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
- 產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
- 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
- 產品與網站照片色差
- 任何免費贈品
- 已退換一次的貨品
- 改變心意而退貨

商品問題請第一時間拍照存證

訂單出現缺貨情況可申請退款,退款將會以原有交易中相同的付款方法退回

非商品質量問題之退貨,退款須收取相關手續費10%(缺貨情況除外)

如需親臨門市進行售後檢查或服務,所產生之一切來回交通費用,均由顧客自行承擔。

Our Return and Exchange Policy
1. If you find the goods are damaged, you can contact our customer service to apply for a replacement within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the goods.
Upon verification that the application meets the conditions for return and exchange of goods
We will assist in arranging for the return of the item(s) in question and will not accept any application after the deadline.
2. Customer Service may require you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that the conditions of the exchange are met.
3. We will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged/defective
- The item is not what you ordered
4. Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- The product is not in new condition, or has been used
- The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
- The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete.
- Color difference between the product and the photo on the website
- Any free gifts
- Items that have been returned or exchanged once
- Returns for change of mind
5.Special Reminders
-Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the condition of the product immediately upon receipt.
-Keep Original Packaging: Retain the original packaging in its entirety for at least 14 days.
-Document Any Issues: If any issues are found with the product, take photos as evidence immediately.
-Out-of-Stock Orders: In the event of an out-of-stock item, you may apply for a refund. The refund will be processed using the original payment method from the transaction.
-Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns not due to product quality issues (out-of-stock situations excluded), a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
-In-Store After-Sales Service: For any after-sales inspection or service that requires an in-store visit, all resulting round-trip transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
