The main consideration in choosing a children's bike is the height of the child
Suitable for children under 12 years old or 1.5 meters tall, the diameter of the tie is generally 10 to 24 inches.
Children who are 85cm to 1m tall from the age of 2 can start with a balance bike. This will make it easier for children to learn to balance, control the speed of the bike and stop the bike properly.
If children are 90 cm or taller, they can choose a 14" (age 3 to 5) children's bike with assisted rolls or a 16" children's bike with additional assisted rolls (age 4 to 6) or a 20" children's bike (age 6 to 8). Or even 24-inch children's bicycle (age 9 to 12).
For optimal helmet protection, it is recommended that you measure the circumference of your child's head with a tape measure above the ears. In the design of the helmet, this is the purpose of most measurements.
