Please pay attention to the installation precautions of Vittoria TPU inner tube :

Do not directly inflate the TPU inner tube ( inflating it directly without installing it between the wheel frame and the tire ) . If the TPU inner tube is inflated more than 0.5 bar/7psi , it will cause local inflation and cannot be restored!

The correct installation method is to inflate only slightly (Maximum 0.5 bar/7psi) before placing the rim and tire. It can be slightly stretched, then press and adjust the inner tube to ensure that the inner tube is close to the inner wall of the outer tire. The inner tube is installed to the rim and tire. Between the tires, make a final inspection to confirm that there are no pinched tires before inflating them normally.
