1.如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後14天內(包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨當核實申請符合退換貨品條件我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。
2. 客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。
3.我們只接受以下退貨理由:
- 商品有損壞/有缺陷
- 不是你所訂購的商品
4.以下情況不接受退換, 包括但不限於: - 產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
- 產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
- 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
- 產品與網站照片色差
- 任何免費贈品
- 已退換一次的貨品
- 改變心意而退貨
5.退款會收取相關手續費10%

Our Return and Exchange Policy
1. If the purchased item is found to be defective, you can contact our customer service to apply for an exchange within 14 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after receipt of the item. Upon verification that the application meets the conditions of return and exchange, we will assist in arranging for the return and exchange of the item.
2. Customer Service may require you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that the return conditions are met.
3. We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged/defective
- The item is not what you ordered
4. Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons, including but not limited to: - The product is not in new condition, or has been used.
- The product has been cleaned with water or detergent
- The product has been damaged, stained or incomplete.

- Any free gifts
- Any product that has already been returned or exchanged once
- Returns for change of mind
5.Refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee.
