為使買家有一個方便愉快的網購體驗,本平台提供多種送貨方式。買家可選擇以郵寄的方式或親臨我們指定的門市取貨。

 

退貨政策

 

1、在收到貨14天内發現產品出現以下情況,請聯絡我們作退換貨處理,我們將會負擔退回所產生的運費,人為原因的退貨恕不接受。

 I 產品已損壞 /包裝不完整

 II 出現品質問題

 III 遺漏或錯誤送遞產品

2、如果您需要退貨, 請先聯絡我們 您的訂單號和您要退貨的產品的詳細資訊,我們將快速回應您的退貨請求並告知您退貨安排。

3、退貨后,退款會於2星期內發放到您的賬戶。這段時間包括退貨運輸時間 (5 至7個工作日)、我們收到退貨後處理您的退貨所需的時間 (1 至3個工作日), 以及您的銀行處理我們退款請求所需的時間 (5 至7個工作日)。

 

 

快遞安排

一般而言,我們將於訂單確認後7個工作天內發貨。在可行情況下,我們會盡早安排發貨。發送至偏遠地區或離島可能需要額外1-2天。我們會於星期一至六處理訂單 ( 星期日及公眾假期除外 )。請注意,中午12時後提交的訂單將於下一天處理。

於繁忙時節,如減價時段、節日等,我們可能需要額外的天數安排發送訂單。訂單一般都能準時派送,但偶爾會出現延誤。派送時間或受超越我們控制範圍的因素所影響,包括天氣以及由運送夥伴引起的意外情況。


我們可以通過本地平郵或快遞運送到香港的任何位址。(並不包括吉澳、塔門、羅湖、落馬洲、米埔、文錦渡、蒲台、打鼓嶺、東龍洲、東平洲、機場及沙頭角禁區)。某些產品會有運輸限制, 例如, 單車 車架、車床等,必須在指定的門市取貨。

順豐派送服務

我們會按照訂單的派送地區,由順豐速運負責發送,交付時必須簽收。如無人簽收,包裹將會送返倉庫,速遞公司將會透過聯絡電話與您安排再次派送的時間,或由閣下親身前往倉庫領取包裹。請注意,您的包裹將會在首次派送的下一至兩個工作天抵達倉庫。

 

順豐站及順豐速運服務中心自取服務

為方便您輕鬆自取訂單,您可選擇於順豐站及順豐速運服務中心取貨。當訂單到達取件地點時,順豐速運會向收件人發出手機短訊或以電話通知取件。於順豐站或服務中心取件時,必須出示順豐速運發出之確認短訊,經順豐速運人員核對收件人資料後,方可取件。

2, 如選擇到門市取貨。我們將會3個工作天內安排貨品送到店鋪,貨品抵達店鋪後將會通知閣下。

4, 我們銷售的許多商品運費都是基於重量的。任何產品的重量都可以在其詳細資訊頁面上找到。運費計算方法將會根據不同快遞公司的收費準則,四捨五入到下一個費率水平。

 

5,如有需要安裝服務,我們將會7個工作天内完成安裝,再安排發貨或門店取貨。

 

運費安排

顧客購物滿港幣800元可享免費送貨服務,於結帳時會自動扣除運費。(不包括重量超過5 kg 或 最長邊超過60cm的產品)

某些產品亦會有運輸限制例如單車 車架、車床等,必須在我們指定的門市取貨。



受惡劣天氣影響之特別安排

當烈風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或我們判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務將會延期。本公司將會聯絡閣下更改送貨日期。

Refund policy


1. After receiving the goods 14 times and discovering that the product has the following circumstances, please contact us for return and exchange. We will bear the freight generated by the return. Man-made returns will not be accepted.

2. If you need to return the product, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you want to return. We will respond to your return request quickly and notify you of the return arrangement.

3. After the return, the refund will be delivered to your account within 2 weeks. This period includes the return shipping time (5 to 7 working days), the time required to process your return after the return we receive (1 to 3 working days), and the time your bank needs to process our response Time (5-7 working days).


Delivery Arrangement

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will arrange delivery in 7 days. When feasible, we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible. Delivery to remote areas or remote islands may take an additional 1-2 days. We will process orders from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays). Please note that orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed again the next day.

Orders are usually delivered on time, but occasionally there will be delays. We can ship to any place in Hong Kong by local post or courier. . SF Delivery Service

If no one signs, we will send it to SF Express according to the delivery area of ​​the order, and it must be signed when delivered. If no one signs, the merger will be sent back to the warehouse, and the courier company will arrange for you to be rescheduled through the contact phone, or you personally please note that your package will arrive in the warehouse within one to two working days of the first delivery.


SF Station and SF express service center self-service

To make it easy for you to pick up your order easily, you can pick up the goods at SF Express Station and SF Express Service Center. When the order arrives at the pickup location, SF Express will send an SMS to the recipient or notify the pickup by phone. When picking up at SF Express Station or Service Center, you must present the confirmation message sent by SF Express, and the SF Express staff will check the recipient's information before picking up.

Free Delivery Policy

Customers who purchase HK $ 800 or more can enjoy free delivery service, and the freight will be automatically replaced at checkout. (Excluding products weighing more than 5 kg or the longest side exceeding 60 cm)

Weather Arrangements
