Terms and Conditions
We have provided different delivery periods for our clients. Clients can either choose local mail delivery or pick up at designated bicycle stores.
Local Mail Delivery  
*Most of our products can be delivered by mail. After receiving the order, we will process it within 3 working days and ensure the product quality before it will be sent. Return of the products will not be accepted. Customers have to be cautious about their purchasing decision and bear any risk of delivery. 
Delivery Charges
*Customers who spend HK$100 or above can enjoy a free delivery. Customers do not need to bear delivery charges except for those large and heavy products which are not suitable for mail delivery. Delivery to remote districts and outlying Islands will be charged an extra delivery fee. Delivery fee will be confirmed after the order is placed by the client.
Designated Bicycle Stores
Customers can pick up products at any designated bicycle stores. The products will be delivered to the store within 7 working days. We will then send arrival  notice via e-mail to customers. 
*Due to installation problem, complete bicycles and framesets cannot be delivered by mail. Customers have to pick up the ordered bike at designated bicycle stores.
The Bicycle Shop (H.K.) reserve the right of final decision in case of dispute.
